Based in Sweden and the UK but with the global complexities of food in mind, we are engaged with a wide range of clients—from established brands to urban development projects and beyond.

Combining experience along the whole food value chain with careers in other sectors, we provide both visionary ideas and pragmatic solutions to anyone who works with or talks about food.

In collaboration with Kiosk Services, Kost Studio, and Mycelium Gastronomy Network, we can guide you from concept to execution across the entire food landscape.

Frances (UK) combines an academic background and a focus on food systems with extensive experience in storytelling, strategy, and foresight. Her previous roles include Director of BBC documentaries, Global Editorial Producer and Engagement Lead at Oatly Futures Lab.

Jens (SE) bridges the worlds of business, academia, pop-culture and politics, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to innovation in the food system. His previous experience includes establishing Sweden’s first food incubator, running EU-funded projects and raising public awareness via Sydsvenskan.
